Ingredients for 4 people

250g flour
125g softened butter
80g granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg

Preheat your oven to 180°C

  1. Put the flour, softened butter, and baking powder in the bowl of the Thermomix.

  3. Add the packet of vanilla sugar and 80g of granulated sugar.
  4. Add the whole egg.
  5. Program for 2 minutes on the kneading function.
