Ingredient
For the sponge cake :
80g brown sugar
75g flour
45g cornstarch
4 eggs
1/2 packet of baking powder
For the buttercream :
250g unsalted butter
140g sugar
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 tablespoon of coffee extract
1 tablespoon of coffee extract

Place the whisk in the Thermomix bowl.Step 1/18

Place a sheet of parchment paper on your baking tray.Step 4/18
Pour the batter onto the parchment paper and spread it using a spoon.Step 5/18

Roll the cake in a damp cloth and let it cool.Step 7/18
For the buttercream :
Add the sugar to the Thermomix bowl, then close the lid and press the turbo mode 3 times.Step 8/18
Place the whisk in the Thermomix bowl.Step 9/18

For assembly :
Unroll the sponge cake and spread half of the buttercream.Step 13/18
Roll up the log.Step 14/18
Spread the remaining buttercream on the log.Step 15/18
Use a fork to create ridges.Step 16/18
Decorate the log as desired.Step 17/18
Chill the log in the refrigerator before enjoying.Step 18/18
