18 tips and tricks about the thermomix recipe

  • Use quality chocolate to achieve a rich and flavorful chocolate mousse.
  • Break the chocolate into pieces before putting it in the Thermomix for faster and more even melting.
  • For a lighter mousse, use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
  • If you prefer a sweeter mousse, use milk chocolate or a combination of dark and milk chocolate.
  • Add a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
  • For a lighter mousse, beat the egg whites separately until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
  • If you like a stronger flavor, add a teaspoon of instant coffee or coffee extract to the mixture.
  • Refrigerate the mousse for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set properly.
  • Use individual molds or glasses for an elegant presentation.
  • Decorate the mousse with chocolate shavings, fresh fruit, or whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
  • The chocolate mousse presented here is made with dark chocolate, but it can also be made with milk or white chocolate.
  • Beating the egg whites makes this chocolate mousse richer and lighter.
  • Use high-quality cocoa powder, not bitter cocoa, to make this chocolate mousse even better.
  • The eggs used should be very fresh, with at least 10 days left before the expiration date.
  • The larger the egg, the better it will be as it contains more egg white.
  • Take the chocolate mousse out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
  • The chocolate mousse is made with fresh eggs and should not be kept for more than 2 days.
