For the Thermomix cake :

180g of granulated sugar
180g of flour
80g of heavy cream
60g of melted butter
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of baking powder
The zest of 2 lemons
A pinch of salt

For the syrup :

80g of water
30g of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
